Your weekly hair-growth ritual

1. Scalp treatment (2–3× a week): apply 5–10 drops directly to the scalp and massage gently for about 5 minutes — the massage matters as much as the oil.
2. Leave it in: leave on for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for a deeper treatment (wrap with a cap to protect bedding).
3. Wash out: shampoo and condition as usual.
4. Post-wash shine (anytime): rub 1–2 drops between your palms and smooth through damp or dry ends to tame frizz and add shine.

Give it time: in studies, rosemary oil took around 3–6 months of consistent use to show visible change. Stay consistent for best results.
