Experience Deep Cleansing & Exfoliation for Radiant Skin
What you'll need:
- Moroccan Black Soap (Beldi Soap)
- Kessa Exfoliating Mitt (essential for best results , we will give it away for free )
- Warm water and a steamy environment (a hot shower or bath)
- Moisturizer or Argan Oil (for aftercare)
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Prepare Your Skin with Warmth (5-10 minutes):Begin by taking a hot shower or a warm bath for at least 5-10 minutes. The goal is to open your pores and soften your skin. Let the steam fill your bathroom; this emulates the humid environment of a traditional hammam.
- Apply the Moroccan Black Soap:Once your skin is thoroughly softened and damp (not soaking wet, turn off the running water for this step), take a generous amount of Moroccan Black Soap and apply it all over your body, avoiding sensitive areas like the eyes. The soap will not lather much, but it will feel like a creamy paste on your skin.Allow the soap to sit on your skin for 5-10 minutes. This allows the soap to fully penetrate and prepare your skin for exfoliation.
- Rinse Off the Soap:After the waiting period, rinse off the black soap thoroughly with warm water until your skin is clean of any residue.
- The Kessa Mitt Exfoliation:Now, and this is the crucial step, put on your Kessa exfoliating mitt. Ensure your skin is still damp but not wet, and your Kessa mitt is also damp.Starting with your extremities, use firm, circular, or upward strokes to scrub your skin. You will begin to see rolls of dead skin cells (which may appear grey or dark) coming off. Don't be alarmed; this is a sign it's working!Focus on areas prone to dryness or roughness, but be gentle on more delicate areas.Continue until you have exfoliated your entire body.
- Final Rinse & Moisturize:Rinse your body thoroughly with cool water to close your pores and wash away all the exfoliated skin.Gently pat your skin dry with a towel.Immediately apply a nourishing moisturizer or pure Argan Oil to rehydrate and soothe your freshly exfoliated skin. Your skin will feel incredibly smooth, soft, and radiant!
Enjoy your newfound glow and the revitalizing benefits of this ancient Moroccan ritual!
